I want to personally thank you for stopping by, I’m a mom of a teenage son who happens to be the love of my life.
I love creating healthy fresh meals and snacks to go along-side a Weight Loss Management Program which is why I started this blog and the start of my weight loss journey. It’s awesome that you are here and I want to share my story.
So my story starts...
I am almost 50 and like most, my life is busy. I’m a happy person enjoying life and what it has to offer me with all it’s diversities.
Like most, as I got older I started to gain the weight. Having the extra weight got the best of me at times where it just made me feel blah! Eating habits were so not healthy, I became insecure with my appearance, I lacked confidence.

I was tired of feeling the way I felt so, I went on a journey to figure out how to lose the weight. I knew there was something out there and one day it hit me.
What I found was myself! You see, weight loss isn’t a magic pill to help you shed the pounds.Weight loss was a mindset that shifted the way I was thinking about weight loss and how to really work at my weight loss goal.
So off I go again to find a Weight Loss Management Program that would complement my mindset that still allowed me to..
