I want to personally thank you for stopping by, I’m a mom of a teenage son who happens to be the love of my life.

I love creating healthy fresh meals and snacks to go along-side a Weight Loss Management Program which is why I started this blog and the start of my weight loss journey. It’s awesome that you are here and I want to share my story.

So my story starts...

I am almost 50 and like most, my life is busy. I’m a happy person enjoying life and what it has to offer me with all it’s diversities.

Like most, as I got older I started to gain the weight. Having the extra weight got the best of me at times where it just made me feel blah! Eating habits were so not healthy, I became insecure with my appearance, I lacked confidence.

Sound Familiar?

I was tired of feeling the way I felt so, I went on a journey to figure out how to lose the weight. I knew there was something out there and one day it hit me.

What I found was myself! You see, weight loss isn’t a magic pill to help you shed the pounds.Weight loss was a mindset that shifted the way I was thinking about weight loss and how to really work at my weight loss goal.

So off I go again to find a Weight Loss Management Program that would complement my mindset that still allowed me to..

  Still eat fresh, healthy snacks and meals.
  Not have to take shakes and supplements all day long.
  Not burn a hole in my wallet.
  Use products that have formulated ingredients I can feel good about.

Then this happened...
  My weight loss journey has been amazing.
  My eating habits and choices have changed for the better.
  I exercise and have a more active life with energy.
  My insecurities turned into confidence
  I found an inner peace and happiness within myself
  I became a new and better version of myself
